- from 1998 to 2001 post-graduate student of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Grodno State Medical Institute;
- 2001-2006 Assistant, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Grodno State Medical Institute
- 2004 - defended his thesis on "Clinical and laboratory criteria for the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages";
- 2006-up to present Associate Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Grodno State Medical University;
- 2007 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor;
- Since 2005, Deputy Dean, and from 2006 to present, Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics;
